Children between the ages of 6 and 12 can sign up for a course that they attend for 10 weeks. It takes place on Thursday at 16.00-18.45 (incl. dinner).
Kolding Børnehøjskole was established by YMCA and YWCA in Kolding. It is i.a. students in higher education in Kolding who are teachers on the courses. Everyone works voluntarily.

Our aim is to make the world bigger for the smallest. We believe, that even big things can be created in the small and by the smallest.
We create activities, where play and learning go hand in hand. We will experience everything from music to theatre to cooking and philosophy. It's impossible not to have fun and meet new friends, and you will experience that it’s possible to do more than you first expected.
We are looking for volunteers
Let your passion become the inspiration for curious children.
As a volunteer at Kolding Børnehøjskole, you will contribute to children aged 6-12 getting acquainted with the Danish folk high school ideas about community, education and dignity, while they learn new things and have fun.
As a volunteer teacher, you not only gain experience in teaching. You will also be part of a community that works together to make the world bigger for the little ones.
